"First things first - let's complete your profile. Click on your name in the top right, then select 'My Profile'.
Here's what you need to fill out: Your player name, age - this is super important because it determines your pitching distance and helps personalize your AI training plans. Add your parent's contact info for updates.
Now here's the key - select your primary training focus. Are you focused on Velocity? Spin quality? Movement? Command? Or a Balanced approach? This tells the AI exactly how to customize your weekly plans.
Choose your age group - 10U, 12U, High School, or College. This ensures every drill and recommendation is age-appropriate. Hit save, and we're ready to rock!"

Below that, you've got three main areas: The Athlete Operating System - that's your training workbook. Game Day - your in-game decision support tools. And the Training Library - hundreds of drills and videos at your fingertips."
